Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item purchased at Joanna Store, you have 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to do so.
Items must retain all tags and no signs of use. You must send an email informing the exchange to: joannastorept@gmail.com
Shipping costs will always be borne by the customer and sent by registered mail.

Exchanges and returns
You have 14 days after receiving your order to exchange or return it. The item must be unworn and include all labels and proof of purchase.
Write to geral@joannastore.pt and we will tell you how to proceed. Shipping must be by registered mail and costs are at your expense, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
The Mystery Bag and the shaping bodysuit cannot be exchanged or returned.
