Exchanges, returns and cancellations
Cancellations
You can cancel your order while it is pending, that is, before it has been shipped. Please make the request by email to geral@joannastore.pt or by WhatsApp/phone at 916 933 648.
If the order has already been paid for, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 5 business days.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the order, provided that the items:
- Are in perfect condition, unused and undamaged
- Have the original tag and, if applicable, the brand's accessories
- Are sent, if possible, in the original bag or box, or with identification inside (name and order number)

The refund is processed after we receive and verify the items, within a maximum of 14 business days. Shipping costs are only refunded in exceptional cases, such as a damaged item or one sent by mistake.
Exchanges
You can request an exchange within 14 days of receipt, subject to stock availability. The items must meet the same conditions as for returns.
