Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled while they are in pending status (not yet shipped).

If the order has already been paid, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 5 business days.

Returns

We accept returns of items within 14 days of receipt, provided that:

• They are in perfect condition, without use or damage.

• Come with original label and, if applicable, brand accessories.

• If possible, in the original bag/box or with identification inside (name and order number).

Refunds are made after receipt and inspection of the items, within a maximum period of 14 working days.
Doors are only refunded in exceptional cases (damaged or damaged item).

Exchanges

Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiptand are subject to stock availability.
Items must meet the same conditions as returns.
