1. What is Joanna Vibes?
Joanna Vibes is Joanna Store's loyalty program, created to thank and reward every purchase and interaction with you.
It's completely free, just register on the website to start accumulating points.
2. How to accumulate Vibes?
1 € spent = 1 Vibe (e.g.: you buy 50 €, you get 50 Vibes).
Birthday : +20 Vibes (if you let us know 30 days in advance).
Follow on Instagram : +5 Vibes.
Share on Facebook : +5 Vibes.
Refer a friend : when your friend makes her first purchase, you both get a R$5 discount.
From time to time, we launch special campaigns with extra Vibes, we always give you advance notice.
3. How to use your Vibes
You can exchange your accumulated points for rewards at checkout:
150 Vibes = €5 discount (minimum purchase of €25).
300 Vibes = €10 discount (minimum purchase of €50).
600 Vibes = €25 discount (minimum purchase of €100).
200 Vibes = 10% discount .
150 Vibes = Free Shipping (minimum purchase of $40)
Refer a friend = R$5 discount for you and her , when your friend makes her first purchase.
👉 Only one coupon per purchase .
👉 Rewards do not apply to sale/outlet items unless otherwise stated.
4. Validity of points
Your Vibes are valid for 12 months from the date you earn them.
After that period, they automatically expire.
They cannot be converted into cash.
5. Changes
Joanna Store may update the program terms and conditions whenever necessary.
If this happens, you will be notified by email and on the Joanna Vibes platform itself.
