1. What is Joanna Vibes?
Joanna Vibes is the Joanna Store loyalty program, created to thank and reward every purchase and interaction with you.
It is completely free; simply register on the website to start collecting points.
2. How to collect Vibes?
€1 spent = 1 Vibe (e.g., if you spend €50, you earn 50 Vibes).
Birthday: +20 Vibes (if you notify us 30 days in advance).
Follow on Instagram: +5 Vibes.
Share on Facebook: +5 Vibes.
Refer a friend: when your friend makes their first purchase, you both receive a €5 discount.
The accumulation of Vibes cannot be combined with other campaigns, discounts, offers, free shipping, or other commercial benefits, unless expressly indicated by Joanna Store.
3. How to use your Vibes
You can exchange your accumulated points for rewards at checkout:
150 Vibes = €5 discount (minimum purchase of €40).
300 Vibes = €10 discount (minimum purchase of €50).
600 Vibes = €25 discount (minimum purchase of €100).
200 Vibes = 10% discount.
150 Vibes = Free shipping (minimum purchase of €40)
Refer a friend = €5 discount for you and for them, when your friend makes their first purchase.
👉 Only one coupon per purchase.
👉 Rewards do not apply to sale/outlet items, unless otherwise indicated.
4. Point validity
Your Vibes are valid for 12 months from the date you earn them.
After this period, they expire automatically.
They cannot be converted into cash.
5. Changes
Joanna Store may update the program terms whenever necessary.
If this happens, you will be notified by email and on the Joanna Vibes platform itself.
