Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

  • Mainland Portugal: €4.99, free on orders over €75
  • Azores and Madeira: €8.50
  • Spain: €8.50
  • Rest of Europe: €23.50

For the islands and the rest of Europe, if your order weighs less than 500g, contact us so we can adjust the shipping fee.

How long does delivery take?

We prepare and ship your order once payment is confirmed. Once shipped, expect delivery within:

  • Mainland Portugal: 1 to 2 business days
  • Azores and Madeira: 3 to 7 business days
  • Spain: 2 to 5 business days
  • Rest of Europe: 3 to 7 business days

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking code.

Can I pick up my order at the store?

Yes, at no extra cost. Select this option at checkout, and we will notify you when it is ready. Rua Lúcia Lousada, 267, Lousada.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, as long as it has not been shipped yet. Request the cancellation via email or WhatsApp. If you have already paid, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Exchanges and returns

How long do I have to exchange or return an item?

14 days from receipt. The item must be unworn and have the original tags attached. All details are available in our return policy.

Are there any non-exchangeable items?

Yes: the Mystery Bag and the shaping bodysuit (the latter for hygiene reasons).

Sizes

Which size should I choose?

Joana, who models the pieces in the photos, is 1.58m tall and usually wears a size S for tops and S/36 for bottoms. On each product page, we mention the size she is wearing and, if she chooses a different one, whether the cut is tighter or looser.

Items with no size options are one-size-fits-all, and the product page indicates the size range they fit.

If you are unsure between two sizes, send us a message with your height and the size you usually wear. We will help you choose.

Discounts and Joanna Vibes Club

Do discount codes apply to everything?

They do not apply to items on sale, and only one code can be used per purchase.

How does the Club work?

It is free: for every euro you spend, you earn one Vibe, and you can exchange Vibes for discounts. All rules are available on the Joanna Vibes Club page.
